  • Opposing to a just society based on diversity, openness and respect for human rights
  • Support for dictatorial and autocratic regimes, undermining democratic norms
  • Lack of recognition in regard to the right to self-determination
  • Imperialism and colonial thinking
  • Support for people who have favored, promoted, and propagandized Russia's military aggression in Ukraine or assisted criminal regimes
