We are looking for a Crowdfunder!
Who we are:
A human rights organization that supports and advocates for the interests of LGBTIQ people persecuted in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. We help LGBTIQ individuals at risk find safety, assist activists in preserving their expertise in exile, and engage in advocacy and lobbying work at the EU level.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies (primarily focused on individual donors)
- Launch crowdfunding campaigns (on platforms, via social media, newsletters, etc.)
- Build chains of donor communication
- Cultivate a community of regular donors (we want to stay connected with those who support us)
- Explore original fundraising formats — from interactive installations to collaborations with artists
What matters to us:
- You have experience in fundraising, marketing, or campaigns (not necessarily in the NGO sector)
- You can write inspiring, honest, and effective texts (in Russian, English, and German is a plus)
- You understand how crowdfunding works and can analyze numbers and structure processes
Terms:
- We consider candidates residing in safe countries
- Part-time work is possible
- Compensation: 20% of raised funds (up to a maximum of 2,000 Euro/month)
- Work format: freelance contract, remote work
- We operate in the CET time zone
