EQUAL Team
Our team is composed of activists from around the world. They are managers, event organizers, teachers, lawyers, designers, and people uniting their expertise for one mission – to be the voice of LGBTQ people from PostOst countries in Europe, to facilitate their consolidation and advocate their interests.
There are over 60 people on our team investing their time and energy to advance the organization, and 15 coordinators managing our day-to-day work.
We strive towards being an organization with a human face and adhering to the operational format of a turquoise organization.
It is important for us to preserve the anonymity of our team members from Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and unsafe countries. Further you can meet our publicly open team members.
