Important Security Requirement

We support people facing political persecution. For safety reasons, we cannot work with anyone currently living in or traveling to Russia, Belarus, or Central Asian countries.

About Us

EQUAL PostOst e.V. is a European human rights organization supporting LGBTIQ individuals facing political persecution in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Right now, most emergency requests come from queer people fleeing oppression in Russia.

Our mission is simple: save lives and defend human rights. In practice, that means organizing emergency evacuations and relocations, assessing risks, helping with humanitarian visas, providing short-term housing, legal, and psychological support— and driving EU advocacy with analytical reports.

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Finance Intern with real potential for long-term career growth.
